Sanitary Fittings

Sanitary Fitting Application：

Sanitary fittings and piping are mainly used in the food & beverage and biopharmaceutical industries.

Sanitary Fitting Description：
It was developed for use in applications requiring clean ability by either manual cleaning or CIP (cleaning in place) system.
Most sanitary fittings are made in material stainless steel 304 or 316L and are measured in tube OD while size ½” to 4” are the most commonly available sizes. 

Easy assembly and disassembly with no tools to make the maintenance and monitoring the pipe lines in a proper way.

We offers a variety of sanitary fittings from ferrules to elbows. Each of sanitary fittings is 3-a certified as number 1797 with no pockets, threads, or tight radii.
Material certificates will also be provided along with the parts. 

Sanitary Fittings related to:  Sanitary Ferrules, Sanitary Clamps and rubber gasket.

● Sanitary Fittings Size range:  1/2″ ~ 12″.

● Sanitary Fittings Roughness:  Ra 0.8μm (Ra 32μinch).

● Stainless steel material:  304ss, 316L.

● Gasket : EPDM , Silicone , FKM , PTFE.

Vacuum Components

Vacuum components and vacuum flange components are the connections for vacuum system. Each vacuum components places high vacuum demands on the material used as well as on the manufacturing process.
All vacuum components meet the high-quality standard that are requested on vacuum industry and are helium leak tested via INFICON UL1000 detector showing as below.

Vacuum Components Report：

● KF-ISO, ISO-K/ ISO-F flanges better than 10-8 Pa · m3/s.

● CF flanges better than 10-10 Pa · m3/s.

● Size range: KF10 ~ ISO 250

● Roughness: Ra 0.8μm (Ra 32μinch)

Vacuum Components Includes：

● Vacuum flange | A component used to connect two vacuum chambers or other vacuum components together.

● Center ring | A component usually assembled with FKM Oring for sealing the connection between two vacuum components together with claws or clamps.

Sanitary Valves

Sanitary valves are a type of valves that is specifically designed and constructed for use in applications where hygiene and cleanliness are critical. 

Sanitary valves are designed for easy cleaning and sanitizing, often featuring quick-disconnect fittings and other features that facilitate thorough cleaning.

Sanitary Valves Description：

Sanitary valves are commonly used in the food and beverage, diary, distillery industries, as well as in other industries that require strict adherence to sanitary and hygienic standards.

The sanitary valves are

1. Made in material 316L with a standard finish of 32Ra maximum on media contact surface.

2. All sanitary valves are fully inspected with Niton analyzer from raw material to finished parts.

3. All the rubber and plastic seals used in the sanitary valves are FDA compliance.  

4. Each valve will be 100% tested with water pressure before shipping. 

Due to the different requirements in the working environment, provides a variety of seal materials for our sanitary valves to fulfill all applications with a hygienic design.
